Shipping policy

Order processing - from 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery - approximately 2–4 business days within Ukraine and up to 10 business days abroad after order processing.

Processing time may increase during peak periods.

The delivery cost is calculated automatically during the order process and depends on the delivery service's rates.

Online orders are sent by Nova Poshta or an international delivery service abroad.

Payment methods

When purchasing selected items or accessories on the Sarna online store website or in our physical showroom, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

Cash

Cash payment is possible when picking up the goods from our store at: Uzhhorod, Sobranetska St., 43b.

MasterCard or Visa

Payment for goods can be made both in our physical showroom and when purchasing through our Sarna online store.

Cashless payment

After confirming your order, you will receive an invoice, which you can use to pay for the selected products.

Cash on delivery

Available only for deliveries within Ukraine and with a prepayment of 200 UAH.

The goods are shipped after receiving payment or prepayment, if available.

Please check the delivery time directly with the carrier's service.

Attention: After the parcel arrives at the post office, it is stored for no more than 5 days, after which it is returned. In this case, you will have to pay for delivery and storage of the goods again! Please do not delay receiving the parcel.

International delivery services, Nova Poshta Global and UkrPoshta

The goods are shipped after receiving full payment.

Please check the delivery time directly with the carrier's service.

Self-pickup

You can pick up the order yourself in our showroom or choose the necessary products on site.
