Return/Exchange Policy

We strive to make every purchase a pleasant one for you.

Therefore, please note that items purchased on special or promotional offers are not eligible for return.

If the size does not fit, we will be happy to offer an exchange if the desired size is available.

For all other items, standard return and exchange conditions apply, provided that the product appearance and original tags are preserved.

We accept returns or exchanges of goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

For your return or exchange to be accepted, the goods must meet the following conditions:

be in original condition - new, unworn, without damage;

with all tags;

in original packaging;

with a receipt or other proof of purchase;

with a correctly completed "Return/Exchange" form, which is attached to the order.


Please note: the costs of returning or exchanging goods are covered by the buyer.

After confirming the request, we will provide an address for sending the goods.

Goods sent without prior approval of the return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and fix it.


Returns

We will notify you after we receive and check your return and let you know whether the return has been approved or not. If the return is approved, it will be automatically refunded within 14 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
